Purchase of firearms

You can buy a firearm on the L’Aviron Chasse et Pêche website and have it delivered to your home. Please note that only holders of a valid firearms possession licence can purchase a firearm (this includes air guns over 500 fps). To complete your transaction, you will need to fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Under federal regulations, the only delivery address we can accept is the one on your firearms possession licence. We therefore cannot deliver a firearm to any address other than the one on file with the Canadian Firearms Centre.

An additional shipping fee of $50 applies to every firearm purchase.

The holder of the firearms possession and acquisition licence must be present at delivery. If the licence holder is not present, the package will be taken to the post office indicated on the card left for you. Your possession licence and proof of identity will be required to pick up your package at the post office. You have 10 business days to pick up your package; otherwise, it will be returned to the L’Aviron Chasse et Pêche store. Additional handling and shipping fees will be charged for a second shipment.

Shipping firearms outside Canada is prohibited by federal law.

Firearms cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales are final.
